Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Life Vests, PFDs & Wetsuits (due to personal safety and hygiene concerns)
  • Swimming Gear (including swimwear and snug-fitting apparel)
  • Any product that has been used, opened, or is not in its original packaging.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer care team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template below.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization & Instructions

We will email you an RMA number and specific return shipping instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship your return without an RMA number; it will not be processed.

Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all original contents and documentation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Step 4: Processing by Intex Shop

Once we receive and inspect your return (processing takes approximately 3-5 business days after arrival), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and will appear in your PayPal account shortly after.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is received and processed, you will be issued a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
