4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping:

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate: $12.95
• Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Available for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy:

Return Timeframe:

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Non-Returnable Products:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Life Vests, PFDs & Wetsuits (due to personal safety and hygiene concerns)
• Swimming Gear (including swimwear and snug-fitting apparel)
• Any product that has been used, opened, or is not in its original packaging

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer care team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Wait for authorization and instructions
3. Pack and ship the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box
4. Wait for processing (3-5 business days after we receive your return)

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds processed within 5 business days of approval
• PayPal: Refunds processed within 5 business days of approval
